How long does it take?

Renal up-skilling program – RN and EN

This is a 10 week program, with a pre-reading module which must be completed before attending the internal theory and clinical elements. The program consists of 1 week of internal theory and 3 weeks of clinical practice.

Paediatric up-skilling program – RN and EN

This course runs full-time over 4 weeks. It consists of 2 weeks of theory followed by 2 weeks of clinical practice. To support learning, a pre-reading book is provided prior to entry into the program.

Midwifery up-skilling program – RM

The course is made up of 2 theory days offered concurrently with 2 weeks of supernumerary clinical practice. Applicants will be expected to complete a number of compulsory theory packages.
